1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type of the synchronous belt wheel in the arc tooth synchronous belt drive, the tooth size and limit deviation of the synchronous belt wheel, the size and limit deviation of the synchronous belt wheel, and the form and position tolerance and mark of the synchronous belt wheel. This standard applies to the synchronous belt wheels in the arc tooth synchronous belt drive for general industrial use.

GB 11357 Timing pulley material, surface roughness and balance
3 Synchronous belt wheel groove type and synchronous belt wheel tooth size
There are five types of timing pulleys: 3M, SM, 8M, 14M and 20M.
3.1 The shape and size of the tooth of the synchronous belt
The tooth shape, basic size and limit deviation of the synchronous belt wheel of the arc tooth synchronous belt drive are shown in Figure 1 and Table to
3.2 Pitch deviation value
The pitch deviation between adjacent teeth of the synchronous belt wheel is 90%. The cumulative deviation within the arc is shown in Table 20
4 Timing pulley size and limit deviation
4. 1 Timing pulley width
The width of the timing belt pulley is shown in Figure 2 and Table 30
4.2 Diameter of the synchronous pulley
4. 2. 1 The number of teeth, pitch diameter and outer diameter of the synchronous belt wheel
The number of teeth, pitch diameter and outer diameter of the synchronous belt wheel are shown in Figure 3 and Table 4-1-Table 4-5 0
4.2.2 Limit deviation of the outer diameter of the synchronous pulley
The limit deviation of the outer diameter of the synchronous pulley is shown in Table 5.
4. 3 Minimum number of teeth of synchronous belt wheel
The minimum number of teeth of the synchronous belt wheel Zm’i. See Table 60
4. 4 Timing belt wheel retaining ring size
The size of the retaining ring of the timing belt wheel is shown in Figure 4 and Table 70
4. 5 Tolerance of the shape and position of the synchronous belt wheel
4. 5. 1 End face circular runout
See Figure 5 and Table 80 for the end face circle run-out tolerance of the timing belt pulley facing the axis of the hole at both ends
4.5.2 Radial circular runout
Refer to Figure 6 and Table 90 for the radial runout tolerance of the outer circle of the synchronous belt wheel blank to the axis of the hole.
4.5.3 Parallelism
The parallelism tolerance of the tooth of the synchronous belt wheel to the axis of the wheel hole is shown in Figure 7 and Table 100
4.5.4 Cylindricity
The cylindricity tolerance of the cylindrical surface of the tooth top of the synchronous belt wheel is shown in Figure 8 and Table llo
5 Other quality requirements for timing belt wheels
The material, surface roughness and balance of the timing belt wheel shall meet the requirements of GB 11357.
6 Marking of synchronous pulley
6. 1 The marking of the synchronous belt wheel consists of the synchronous belt wheel code (P), the number of teeth of the synchronous belt wheel, the groove type, the wheel width code and the standard number. The number of teeth and the groove type of the synchronous belt wheel are connected by "one".
6.2 Marking example
